Synopsis –This short film was made for Cobravision and will hopefully be available to watch on line something in February 2008.
The film follows the rise and fall of the man on the sign.

POST MORDEM ROMANCE© I'm shooting this myself in October 08
Length: Short 12minutes
Genre: Comedy / Drama

Synopsis - Two former lovers meet at a crime scene to investigate the mysterious death of a couple. Through their investigation they pick apart their own relationship and issues, which caused them to part. As they discover more about their victims, they also discover more about themselves and realise there still may be a chance for them to find happiness after all.

Synopsis – Thirty something, Julia Jacobs never imagined herself running the family cleaning supplies business until her stepbrother Thomas tried to cheat her from her fair share of the inheritance. Determined to finally make something of her life, Julia secures the majority of the business and ownership of the family home.

She invites her four closest friends to move in with her to help turn the failing business around. Jingles, Peaches and Sasha (three working ‘call girl's) whom she previously rented a room to by the hour are recruited as sales agents. Julia's reliable, ex-boyfriend and house mate Dorian, who is still in love with Julia, takes on the role of managing the accounts and teaching the girls the art of selling. 

Through a series of comical twists and turns, as the ‘call girl's use their womanly ways to make sales, Julia turns the business around and rediscovers her love for Dorian but is it too late?

Synopsis- Raymond Dale is dead. His shy, unconfident, nineteen-year old son, Kyle moves into his home to escape his alcoholic mother and piece together the last few years of Raymond's unusual life. The journey raises questions about Kyle's own state of mind and self worth as he turns each page of his father's diary. Slowly, Kyle begins to understand his father's fantasy that still remains in the house.

Synopsis – Donovan is an ordinary youth living in extraordinary times. By day he is a street smart seventeen year old doing what he can to survive the tough urban streets just to remain safe. By night he is the child every mother dreams about. Donovan exists in two worlds separated by his front door.
 
This is being directed and produced by Aidan AJ Cochrane (Scribs) and myself. This short film will be ready in Summer 2007.

Synopsis- Madeline Winters is twenty-four but has the mind of an eight year old, or does she? When her father dies leaving her older brother David as her sole carer, Madeline begins to unfold some of her darkest secrets.

Synopsis- Everyday Paul walks the same route to stand in the same place, outside the same playground come rain or shine. This is day 647; another day that Paul cannot
forget his guilt and the day that two men want to punish him.

WINNER OF BEST SCREENPLAY AT THE PORTABELLO FILM FESTIVAL 2007 (LONDON, ENGLAND) AND WAS ALSO NOMINATED FOR BEST SHORT FILM.

WINNER BEST DRAMA AT LIMELIGHT ONLINE AWARDS JANUARY 2008 (LONDON, ENGLAND)

Synopsis- Anna's husband died unexpectedly and she cannot move on. It is not her husband that she misses, it is his presence in the house. Desperate to keep what is left of her diminishing sanity, Anna seeks a replacement. She finds him in the most unusual place but not all is well as Anna meets her match when she finds someone who is also looking to fill a void.

This film is going through its final edits and will be available at the end of July.




Willow Manor© COMPLETED PROJECT
 Length: Short 10 minutes
Genre: Comedy
 
Synopsis- Willow Manor is a film about four elderly people living in a small, Assisted Housing Unit. Patronising, Care Assistant Mark, visits Willow Manor once a day to look after the essential needs of Joseph (our main character) and the three other residents, Jack, Marjorie and Henry. What Mark doesn't know is that our fabulous four are smarter than he thinks and when Mark leaves, the four of them come to life in Joseph's den of modern technology.
 
This was my first attempt to write, produce and direct a short film as part of the Intel Digital Home Script Competition November 2005.
